Native Americans are sons and daughters of old man above. We are creations of the Earth.
Native American religion tends to focus around nature. The landscape, animals, plants, and other environmental elements play a major role in the religion of Native Americans. Many of the legends passed down were an attempt to explain events that occurred in nature.
Explanation
All of the Indians food came from a huge great tree that was in Sky Land. They said everything was living.The Native Americans believed that everything they needed to survive with came from Sky Land. All Indians painted their face when getting ready for war. They took scalps to show their bravery. Some Native Americans belived that ever thing on the earth came from the sun. With this there were people of power that were selected by the sun to rule for him on earth. Some tribes believed in the great spirit, although with this belife there were many other spirits in the over all spirit.

Futurology
Having a second life through reincarnation allows us to return as a new being. We are going to a place that the chief has prepared for us.

"What is good and what is evil?"
EVIL: diseases, punishments, & sacrifices. Evil is also being defeated by your enemies or surrendering.
GOOD: rituals for rain & game. The many God's, family, traditions, and the tribe. Listen to and obey your elders.
Native American religion includes a number of practices, ceremonies, and traditions. These ceremonies may be in honor of a number of events. The practice of taking certain hallucinogens was commonly used to gain greater insight or communicate with the gods. Ceremonies may include feasts, music, dances, and other performances. Native Americans have the upmost respect for nature. Some believe they are kin to nature.

Action
Respect our history and what we know and have now.

Knowledge
Native Americans knowledge strongly depended on their ancestors. Almost everything the Indians learned came from stories and teachings from their parents and grandparents.
The natives would use song and chants to call in game. Native Americans would scalp their enimies as a show of power. Also after killing they would mutilate the body so that they could not attach them in the after life.
Native Americans believe that after your first wild game hunt you were to eat the heart of the animal because they believe the animal became a part of you and would bring you luck.
